About Kenny Tomlin
As Founder and CEO, Kenny Tomlin has led Rockfish Interactive to become one of the fastest growing interactive agencies in the country. He actively participates in the execution of many clients projects and leads our emerging technologies and product development group that has launched six companies and a number of proprietary technologies. It’s this “hands-on” involvement and entrepreneurial spirit that gives him the insight to successfully grow a business known for changing the model of what it means to be an interactive agency.
Prior to founding Rockfish Interactive, Kenny successfully launched and managed I-Soft, Inc. a leading interactive design agency in Dallas, Texas that he sold in 1999. Kenny also founded CustomGolf.com in the late 90s. As CEO of CustomGolf.com, he managed the company’s dramatic rise from a small startup to one of the most recognized golf brands on the Internet. In 1999, Yahoo listed CustomGolf.com as one of the 10 best examples of e-commerce. The highly successful company was sold in 1999.
In addition to leading Rockfish, Kenny is the founder or partner in a number of companies, including Silver Joe’s Coffee and Silver Joe’s Café, Genofish.com, CrazyHotJob.com, Fourthbook.com, and Obvious Investments, LLC. He is a frequent speaker on marketing, social media, technology, and entrepreneurialism.
Kenny holds bachelor’s degrees in communications and political science and a master’s degree in theology. In 2006 Kenny was selected by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal as one of Northwest Arkansas’ top businessmen under 40 and in 2009 as one of Arkansas top Forty under 40.
