Being able to participate in the training at the optimum time for the driver creates a more productive lesson and reduces the cost of traveling for training at a specific place and time. The educational system was modularized in such a way that a variety of units of learning could be mixed and matched to directly focus on a particular business objective. With both optional and required training, the drivers and their leaders could guarantee the professional development of each employee.
