We’re looking for an exceptional Interactive Flash Developer with working knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 and 2.0 to join our creative team in our Rogers, AR location.

What you do:
- Develop in Flash AS3.0/2.0 as well as other site architectures like .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Stay current with latest trends and technology in all fields.
- Maintain brand identity while pushing creative boundaries and exceeding client expectations.
- Form close and productive working relationships with staff from all departments.
- Participate in all phases of a project, starting with creative concepting.
- Experiment, learn, innovate.
What you need:
- Current knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 and 2.0 and object oriented programming techniques and AS Libraries/Classes.
- Understanding of clean markup using XHTML, JavaScript and CSS Experience with Papervision 3D ActionScript framework a plus.
- Database integration of Flash/Flex Apps a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in the fast-paced agency environment and/or consulting background.
- Leadership ability and experience within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to self-manage time/tasks efficiently, and work on multiple projects at one time
